Use of the AccessTwin™ platform by agency personnel is governed by the Master Services Agreement between CIC and the contracting agency.

2. Description of Services

CIC provides the AccessTwin™ platform, an ADA infrastructure intelligence system for transit agencies, municipalities, and licensed engineering firms. The platform includes field audit tools, priority scoring, design package management, construction oversight, and compliance reporting. Platform access is provided under contract to qualifying public agencies and licensed engineering firms.

3. Website Use

The accesstwin.com website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate demo requests. You may browse the website and submit demo requests. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the website.

4. Intellectual Property

AccessTwin™ is a trademark of the Civic Infrastructure Cooperative. All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of CIC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.

5. Agency Data Ownership

Infrastructure data entered into the AccessTwin™ platform by authorized agency personnel is and remains the exclusive property of the contracting agency. CIC acts as a data processor, not a data owner. Agencies retain full rights to export, transfer, or delete their data at any time. Data ownership terms are further defined in the Master Services Agreement between CIC and each contracting agency.

6. Demo Requests

Demo requests submitted through this website are reviewed individually by our team. Submission of a demo request does not create a contractual obligation on either party. We reserve the right to qualify demo requests and to decline requests at our discretion. Information submitted through the demo form is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CIC does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Platform service levels and warranties are defined in the Master Services Agreement between CIC and each contracting agency.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CIC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this website. Platform liability terms are defined in the Master Services Agreement between CIC and each contracting agency.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CIC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of this website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
